With over 20 years in the recycling industry, Aldo Jordan brings expertise in operations, logistics, business development, and global commodity trading. Specializing in metals like copper, aluminum, and precious metals, he has facilitated B2B sales across 20 countries in Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

Aldo’s deep knowledge of COMEX, LME, and SHFE markets has helped him build a trusted global network of consumers and suppliers. Originally from Guatemala, he now lives in Northern California with his wife and two energetic sons, leading The Metals Agency with passion and vision.

Director Container Logistics

With over 15 years of international logistics expertise and a law degree, Elder Orellana combines strategic insight with practical knowledge of tariffs, banking, and freight management. He has led large freight forwarding teams across North, Central, and South America, delivering exceptional service to clients in diverse industries.

Elder’s experience spans container, bulk, liquid, and air logistics, including managing supply chains for major auto manufacturers in NAFTA countries. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his two children and long motorcycle adventures with friends.

Commercial Support Manager

With over 18 years of administrative expertise, Roxana Reyes excels in driving commercial and business development efforts. Her leadership roles in banking and non-government organizations have honed her skills in customer relationship management and lead generation, making her an essential part of our team.

Roxana’s background in banking enhances her ability to manage customer accounts with precision and care. Holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration and fluent in both English and Spanish, she bridges diverse relationships seamlessly. In her free time, she enjoys quality moments with her son and family.

Norma Solorzano brings extensive experience in international business operations and technical sales support. She has managed central systems for call centers and CRM databases, ensuring seamless customer and operational workflows. With over two years of customer support experience at FedEx International, Norma has a strong foundation in global logistics and client relations.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Norma excels in bridging communication across diverse teams and clients. In her free time, she enjoys quality moments with her daughter.

Pablo Castellanos is a dedicated professional, fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and currently in his second year of pursuing a Juris Doctor degree. His commitment to growth and excellence adds valuable insight and perspective to the team.

Beyond work, Pablo is passionate about sustainable farming practices, continually learning ways to promote environmental responsibility. In his free time, he enjoys motorcycle adventures and exploring the great outdoors through hiking.
